Virtual Taiko (Japanese Drumming)
Friday, May 29, 2020 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Join VCU Globe, a co-founder of Heian Daiko, members of River City Taiko and Lifelong Learning Institute members for a virtual introduction to Japanese drumming and an opportunity for intergenerational connections. Participants will learn about traditions associated with taiko and collaborate in a gentle rhythmic workout that can be done at home. All you need to participate are your hands and cushions. Customer Service Mindset: Matching Perception With Reality

Graduate School Dean Candidate Forums and Feedback Forms Posted
The Graduate School Dean search forums are now available. For candidate privacy with Zoom, the forums were not presented to a “live” online audience but were recorded. A New App for New Students at VCU
CMSC 491 (computer science) students have designed a scavenger hunt app for VCU. Because COVID-19 has prevented universities from giving guided tours, incoming VCU students might have a difficult time learning the campus. PennyAppeal at VCU: Relieve Richmond Campaign
