'Teaching With Canvas' at VCU

Ninty-minute online sessions will review course navigation, Blackboard course import, working with modules, assignment groups and Speedgrader. Best Practices for Working Remotely During COVID-19
Thursday, Jul. 9, 2020 from noon to 1 p.m.
Learning to work from home requires adaptability and a new set of skills. This course, hosted by VCU Human Resources and Anthem EAP, will outline strategies for communication, productivity and time management within the context of working from home. Mandatory Federal Work Study Employer Training

Ecuador Service Learning Campaign
Honors biology student Samah Nor Bouyakoub, a member of MEDLIFE at VCU, is raising money to participate in a service-learning campaign to provide free medical and dental care to low-income communities in Riobamba, Ecuador via a mobile clinic. Money donated to the campaign will go toward hiring doctors and nurses, purchasing medicine, follow-up care, etc. Donations may be made via the following URL.
