Structuring Writing for a Specific Audience
Monday, Jul. 27, 2020 at 6 p.m.
It can be frustrating to put so much work into a paper, only to be told it doesn’t flow or make sense. Alternately, if you’re not sure how to go about it, you may put off writing until the last minute, which can result in a rushed effort. This interactive Zoom workshop, hosted by VCU Writing Center, will supply the tools necessary to meet the needs of the intended audience by writing strong, logical, structurally sound work. Register for the Zoom link at the following URL.

CareShare VCU Seeks Parents, Volunteers
CareShare VCU is a peer-to-peer collaboration that matches VCU family volunteers (students/faculty/staff) with VCU student-parents who need support. This initiative was created by the Graduate Student Association to address the need for VCU students to have protected time to complete their own schoolwork (while caring for their own children and helping them complete their schoolwork). Both volunteers and parents in need are being recruited. Questions, email CareShareVCU@gmail.com.
For more information, contact Ann Kee at keesa@vcu.edu.
