The Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences seeks nonsmoking men and women between the ages of 18-30 to participate in a study exploring the body’s response to a high-fat meal (chocolate pie). The study will require participants to attend three laboratory visits, all of which will be conducted at VCU's Exercise Physiology Research Laboratory according to VCU-approved safety precautions.
