Foundational Yoga Postures

Take a break from work to explore basic and foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Participants will be encouraged to move mindfully, linking movement and breath. Participants can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Discounted Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses for Faculty and Staff
Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are available for purchase by individual faculty and staff for $190 per year. These licenses are assigned to an individual and may be used on multiple computers (maximum of two at the same time). Adobe Acrobat Pro DC licenses are $60 per year. Departmental licenses are also available for $190 per year and are assigned to a single computer. CareShare VCU Seeks Parents, Volunteers
CareShare VCU is a peer-to-peer collaboration that matches VCU family volunteers (students/faculty/staff) with VCU student-parents who need support. This initiative was created by the Graduate Student Association to address the need for VCU students to have protected time to complete their own schoolwork (while caring for their own children and helping them complete their schoolwork). The VCU REAL Council has opened a public comment period on its recommended “Academic regulation for experiential learning, or 'REAL,' graduation requirement at the undergraduate level for students matriculating in fall 2021 and thereafter.” The feedback form, proposed academic regulation and registration link for information sessions are available at the following URL through Oct. 1.
