Mindfulness Meditation

Take a break from email, meetings and that to-do list to find a moment of quiet reflection with mindfulness meditation. The session, hosted by VCU Human Resources, is open to all. No previous meditation experience is necessary. The class will provide a sense of calm, peace and balance. It will improve attention, focus and ability to work through stressful circumstances. Student Computer and Internet Access Support Funding
The Student Computer and Internet Access Support initiative was created to meet the needs of VCU students to have access to computers and remote learning resources. A personal computer and Internet access to remote learning resources are vital to a student’s academic success at VCU. Students may submit a brief application to be considered for funds to support the purchase of a computer and/or obtaining internet access.

Graduate School Mentorship Program
VCU Graduate School is accepting applications for its virtual 2020-2021 Graduate School Mentorship Program. The program matches undergraduate and graduate students in mentoring relationships to expose students to the graduate experience and to provide graduate students with the opportunity to develop mentoring skills. Applications for mentors and those who wish to be mentored should be submitted by July 31 and are available at the following URL.
