PMP Exam Prep

Feedback Sought on Experiential Learning 'REAL' Academic Regulation

VRS Hybrid Contribution Deadline Is Sept. 15
Sept. 15 is the quarterly election deadline for voluntary contributions to become effective in October for Virginia Retirement System Hybrid Plan participants. Participants can voluntarily contribute up to 4 percent of their creditable salary and receive up to a 2.5 percent employer match.

Are you currently experiencing low back pain, between the ages of 18 and 60 years old and interested in the possibility of nine weeks of nonsurgical experimental treatment?
