Tired of staying in your house or dorm all the time and looking at your computer screen? Join the Transfer Student Association on a physically distant trek to Belle Isle. MFA 2020 Alumni Exhibitions On View

VCUarts The Anderson, 907 1/2 W. Franklin St., presents three concurrent exhibitions by three 2020 MFA alumni whose culminating spring thesis exhibitions were postponed due to COVID-19: Kyrae Dawaun (painting and printmaking), Jared Duesterhaus (kinetic imaging) and Mariana Parisca (sculpture). Ovarian and Uterine Cancers: What Every Woman Should Know

When it comes to gynecologic cancers, ovarian cancer is the most difficult to manage, and uterine cancer is the most common in the nation. Join Leslie Randall, M.D., director of gynecologic oncology at VCU Massey Cancer Center, as she discusses how advances in genetics have led to new targeted treatments for these cancers and more preventive options for women at high risk. This event is open to the public and will be streamed live from Massey's Facebook page.

VCU Police Offering Free U-locks at VCU Libraries
VCU student, faculty and staff cyclists can pick up free U-locks at two central locations. At James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Ave., cyclists can request a lock from the R.M.C. Events security officer at the entrance desk. At Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences, 509 N. 12th St., cyclists can check with the R.M.C. Events security officer, or the information desk, to inquire about locks. Supplies are limited. Bikes can be registered online through the VCU Police website.

Suit Yourself Closet Opens
VCU Career Services' Suit Yourself Closet is open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. by appointment only. Students can take up to four gently used, professional clothing items during each visit to help build a professional wardrobe. All clothing is free for students and does not need to be returned.
