Planned Outages During Telephone System Upgrade

Beginning at 10 p.m. on Sept. 16, VCU Technology Services will complete the upgrade to the Avaya Telecommunications servers. Users should expect two, five-to-10-minute outages of all phones on the VCU, VCUHealth and Children’s Hospital of Richmond-Brook Road campuses. Make sure to have an alternate means of communication during the entire maintenance outage.
