Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office at Grace Harris Hall, 1015 Floyd Ave., will be closed Nov. 30-Jan. 18. The office will reopen Jan. 19. During this time incoming items and items from the dropbox on the second floor of the VMI Building, 1000 E. Marshall St., will still be processed. Items may also be hand-delivered to VCU Mail Services at the Valentine House, 920 W. Franklin St.

Fall 2020 Final Grading Due Dec. 14 at Noon

Grade sheets are now available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon on Dec. 14, at which time grade entry will no longer be available. It is imperative to meet this deadline to complete all end-of-the-semester processes before the winter closure. Faculty may choose to use the feature to upload grades from an Excel file in Banner 9. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned.

VRS Hybrid Contribution Deadline Is Dec. 15

Dec. 15 is the quarterly election deadline for voluntary contributions to become effective in January for participants in the Virginia Retirement System Hybrid Plan. Participants can voluntarily contribute up to 4 percent of their creditable salary and receive up to a 2.5 percent employer match.
