Winter Sessions Classes Begin Dec. 28

Consider joining the over 1,500 students earning three credits this winter at VCU. Intersession classes run for two weeks (Dec. 28-Jan. 9) and J-Term classes run for three weeks (Dec. 28-Jan. 15). For a list of classes, visit the following URL. Winter classes can also be found in the Spring 2021 advanced search in eservices by choosing attributes “Intersession” and “J-Term.” All classes will be online.

Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office at Grace Harris Hall, 1015 Floyd Ave., will be closed Nov. 30-Jan. 18. The office will reopen Jan. 19. During this time incoming items and items from the dropbox on the second floor of the VMI Building, 1000 E. Marshall St., will still be processed. Items may also be hand-delivered to VCU Mail Services at the Valentine House, 920 W. Franklin St.

Spring 2021 Student Organization Funding Deadline Extension

The Appropriations Spring Semester funding deadline has been extended to 11:59 p.m. Dec. 18. Members of student organizations interested in funding from the Student Government Association's Appropriations Committee for the Spring semester should visit SGA's RamsConnect page at the following URL and fill out the corresponding funding form. Technical Assistance Available During Winter Break

VCU's IT Support Center will continue its 24/7 telephone operations during winter break with the exception of Dec. 24, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
