Cashier's Office Winter Break Closing
All departmental deposits and payments should be submitted to the Cashier's Office no later than noon on Dec. 18 prior to the university closing for winter break. The Cashier's Office must deliver all deposits and payments to the bank no later than 2 p.m. on Dec. 18. The office, at Grace Harris Hall, 1015 Floyd Ave., will be closed through Jan. 18. The office will reopen Jan. 19. During this time incoming items and items from the dropbox on the second floor of the VMI Building, 1000 E. Marshall St., will still be processed. Items may also be hand-delivered to VCU Mail Services at the Valentine House, 920 W. Franklin St.

Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign Coming to a Close
The Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign is the annual charity drive for employees of the Commonwealth of Virginia. VCU's annual campaign is coming to a close on Dec. 30. The CVC operates for and by state employees under the Executive Order of the Governor. Participants can contribute by payroll deduction or credit card.
