Cashier's Office Winter Break Closing

All departmental deposits and payments should be submitted to the Cashier's Office no later than noon on Dec. 18 prior to the university closing for winter break. The Cashier's Office must deliver all deposits and payments to the bank no later than 2 p.m. on Dec. 18. The office, at Grace Harris Hall, 1015 Floyd Ave., will be closed through Jan. 18. The office will reopen Jan. 19. During this time incoming items and items from the dropbox on the second floor of the VMI Building, 1000 E. Marshall St., will still be processed. Items may also be hand-delivered to VCU Mail Services at the Valentine House, 920 W. Franklin St.

46 Scholarships Available: Apply Today

VCU Business Services is accepting applications for 46 academic scholarships for the 2021-2022 academic year. Scholarships vary from $5,000 to $7,500 and are available to both undergraduate and graduate students. Specialty scholarships are also available for international students and single parents. Free Flu Vaccines: USHS

University Student Health Services offers free flu vaccines to all students on both campuses. The flu vaccine is safe, effective and does not cause the flu. All students are encouraged to get the flu vaccine, especially those at high-risk for flu complications (people with asthma, diabetes or heart disease). Due to COVID-19, the flu vaccine is available by appointment only. Call the Monroe Park Campus at (804) 827-8047 or MCV at (804) 828-9220 to schedule an appointment. University Student Health Services is located on both campuses: Monroe Park Campus at 1300 W. Broad St., Suite 2200, and MCV campus at 1000 E. Marshall St., Room 305.
