'Facts and Faith Fridays' To Feature Anthony Fauci

Anthony Fauci, M.D., will speak about the COVID-19 vaccine in a virtual event co-sponsored by VCU Massey Cancer Center, the Governor’s Office, the Virginia Department of Health and African American faith leaders from the “Facts and Faith Fridays” group. Fauci has been director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984 and has become the most prominent member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force. Identifying Appropriate Funding for Your Research

Emswiller Interprofessional Symposium: Final Call for Abstracts
Submissions for the Ninth Annual Emswiller Interprofessional Symposium are due by 5 p.m. Jan. 8. The symposium will be held virtually on March 20. Abstracts are welcome which focus on interprofessional education at any level or interprofessional collaborative practice in any setting. Work previously presented at other meetings will also be accepted.
