Indigenous Movement: A Discussion

Writer and curator Candice Hopkins will moderate a virtual conversation which will bring together “Commonwealth” artists Tanya Lukin Linklater and Tiffany Shaw-Collinge with Vanessa Bolin, an activist, singer and leader of the Richmond Indigenous Society. The panel is inspired by two works presented in "Commonwealth," an exhibit at the Markel Center at the VCU Institute for Contemporary Art. Lukin Linklater, an artist who often works with dance and choreography, has designed space for Indigenous performance in collaboration with architect Shaw-Collinge. Register at the following URL.
