Project ECHO: Diabetes in Pregnancy

Do you want to learn more about the causes and treatments of gestational diabetes? Earn CE credit while attending this session of the Diabetes and Hypertension Project ECHO (Extension for Community Health Outcomes), a virtual network of multidisciplinary diabetes and hypertension experts. Being My Own Boss: Redefining Career Paths

VCU's Office of Multicultural Student Affairs will present a virtual panel discussion featuring Daniel Martin, makeup artist and global director of artistry and education for the Tatcha beauty brand, and Amy Black, founder of the Pink Ink Fund and Richmond tattoo artist, who will discuss how they ended up on their current career paths. Apply for NIH-Funded Career Development Award
The two-year KL2 Mentored Career Development Award at VCU is funded and administered by the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Advancing Translational Science and VCU's C. Kenneth and Dianne Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research. The award provides junior faculty investigators a mentored, research-intensive experience in a multidisciplinary setting. It enables the development of future leaders in clinical and translational research. Apply by July 12.
