Strengthen the major muscle groups in this Bodyweight Strength fitness class. A high-repetition workout will focus on utilizing the body's weight with exercises targeting the chest, back, arms, legs, glutes and core. No equipment is required, but a yoga mat is recommended. Informational Session on Graduate Certificate in Health Care Innovation
