Summer Students Should Update Current Physical Location
All students enrolled in summer 2021 courses at VCU will receive an email from the dean of students in June requesting verification of physical location while taking courses. Federal Regulation 34 CFR 600.9(c)(2) requires that all institutions of higher education (including VCU) make a determination of the state or other place where students are physically located. The purpose of this federal regulation is to ensure that VCU is authorized to provide educational opportunities where enrolled students are located. Details, including an FAQ, are on the Current Physical Location website at the following URL.
