Understanding Your Strengths

'Craft Beer Essentials' Online
Friday, Jul. 23, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
VCU's Office of Continuing and Professional Education will hold its two-evening course live online on Fridays, July 23 and July 30. Learn about the types and styles of craft beer, the history of each and the regional history of craft beer with RVA Beer Guy Lee Graves. A book is included. The course is limited to participants age 21 and older. VCU alumni, employee and military discounts are available.

VCU Police To Host Food and Hygiene Drive for Ram Pantry
VCU Police is sponsoring a food drive through July 14 to support VCU's Ram Pantry. The pantry helps to fight food insecurity among VCU students and accepts perishable and nonperishable food items and hygiene items such as deodorant, soap and toothbrushes. Donations can be placed in designated bins at VCUPD Headquarters lobby, 224 E. Broad St.; VCU Facilities and Financial Services Building, 700 W. Grace St.; and Jonah L. Larrick Student Center, 900 Turpin St.

Participate in a Survey Study on Behavior Change Counseling
Are you a health-care clinician who practices in Virginia? If so, then you are likely eligible to participate in a survey study conducted by faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University. We are interested in how health-care professionals have learned behavioral health counseling, specifically motivational interviewing.
