MCV Campus Traffic Impact: July 9 – Sept. 3

From July 9 to Sept. 3, East Marshall Street will be reduced to one eastbound lane in front of the Gateway Building, between 11th and 12th streets, as part of the construction of the Wonder Tower at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU's pedestrian bridge. The Gateway Circle will be open and accessible. The sidewalk on the north side of East Marshall Street (Nelson Clinic side of street) will be closed to all pedestrian traffic. Please exercise caution, follow all detour signage and allow extra time for travel.

VCU Rec Sports and The Well Merge To Become VCU RecWell

VCU's Health Promotion and Well-Being Center and Recreational Sports recently completed a semester-long integration process to become one department to better serve the health and well-being needs of the VCU community. Do You Vape Electronic Cigarettes?

Individuals who vape/use electronic cigarettes daily are needed to participate in a research study that requires multiple laboratory visits. Compensation will be provided. This study will be conducted at VCU. Principal investigator is Alison Breland, Ph.D., Department of Psychology.

Join a National Research Program Aimed at Advancing Health Care

The All of Us Research Program at the National Institutes of Health is inviting more than a million people across the United States to help build one of the most diverse health databases of its kind. VCU has partnered with the NIH and All of Us to help patients at VCU Health contribute to that database. People who join will give information about their health, habits and where they live. By looking for patterns, researchers may learn more about what affects people’s health.

COVID-19 Vaccine Study

If you are 12-69 years old, had an allergic reaction that required the use of epinephrine or a visit to the emergency room in the last 15 years or you have no history of severe allergies, you may be eligible to participate.
