Avaya IX Workplace Mobile App Dialing Changes

Beginning 6 p.m. on Oct. 6, users of the Avaya IX Workplace mobile app will need to dial “9” in order to place an outside call. Dialing from the app will be the same as dialing from any station on campus. All calls will be placed by dialing 9+ the telephone number regardless of whether you are dialing from an on-campus phone or the mobile application.

Seeking Research Volunteers Who Drink Alcohol

VCU Institute for Drug and Alcohol Studies is seeking volunteers aged 21-70 to participate in research studying the brain’s reaction to alcohol. Eligible participants will be paid $315 for every test day (three test days) and additional compensation for each clinic visit.
