Summer 2021 Final Grading Due Aug. 17 at Noon
Grade sheets are now available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon on Aug. 17, at which time grade entry will no longer be available. It is imperative that all grades are reported by noon on Aug. 17 to complete all end-of-semester processes. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned in the Class Schedule.

Fall Self-Defense: Aikido Courses
VCU Continuing and Professional Education, in partnership with the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences, will hold face-to-face self-defense Aikido courses at The Fan Dojo for one academic credit. Courses begin the week of Aug. 23 and run through early December. Sections are available Tuesdays or Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. (HPEX 121.C90, HPEX 121.C91). VCU Child Development Center Offering Child Care Assistance
VCU's Child Development Center is offering $700 monthly to student parents eligible for federal Pell Grants. In an effort to support VCU student needs and full-time enrollment toward graduation, the university's Child Development Center has been awarded the CCAMPIS Project grant to provide child care tuition support to Pell Grant eligible student parents of children ages 16 months-Kindergarten. Play With the Peppas, VCU's Pep Band
The VCU Peppas pep band will hold its first meeting of the season Aug. 21 from 5-8 p.m. The pep band performs at athletic events, school functions and community events. Volunteers Are Invited for Study Evaluating Effects of Noninvasive Brain Stimulation on Pain Perception in Patients With Diabetic Neuropathy
We are inviting male and female patients with diabetic neuropathy ages 18-75 to participate in a research investigation into the effects of noninvasive brain stimulation on pain perception. This study involves transcranial magnetic stimulation, which is a noninvasive and widely used brain stimulation technique. It also involves completing surveys and undergoing tests to evaluate perceptions of pain. Volunteers will be compensated for their time. You are only required to come once for the study and it will take approximately two to two-and-a-half hours to complete the study. The study is conducted within the VCU Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Engineering Lab at 737 N. Fifth St. Recruitment is ongoing.
