Berglund and Diverse Conversation Series: 'A Statistical Study of the Authorship of the Books of Oz'

Gynecologic Cancers: Advanced Treatment Options for Disease

Join Devin Miller, M.D., a gynecologic oncologist at VCU Massey Cancer Center, as she discusses live on Facebook how improvements in clinical research and care have increased available screening options and created more targeted treatment options against these cancers. According to the American Cancer Society, approximately 110,000 women were diagnosed with gynecologic cancer in the United States in 2019, including cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal and vulvar cancers.

VCUarts Dance To Present 'Dance On Camera'
7:30 p.m.
VCUarts Dance and Choreography's 40th anniversary season will open with "Dance On Camera," a screening of new films curated by Dr. Kate Sicchio, Ph.D., at Grace Street Theater, 934 W. Grace St. Admission is free and reservations are not required. A range of films will be featured, including "TRAX" by Lisa La Touche, in which a tap dancer returns from Harlem to her home province of Alberta, Canada, and discovers unknown tap dance ancestors.

Ice Cream Social With President Michael Rao and VCU Alumni

2021-22 Survey Measures Use of Libraries Services, Future Funding
Between September 2021 and September 2022, VCU will be conducting in-person and online surveys to assess use of VCU Libraries services and resources. The university will use the data to meet federal reporting requirements and to establish funding allocations. The survey will be conducted during randomly selected two-hour periods, and will be distributed in-person at James Branch Cabell Library, the Health Sciences Library and online.
