A Lunch and Learn session hosted by VCU's Center for Pharmacy Practice Innovation will cover wellness and mindfulness, diet, exercise and health care as they intersect with building healthy habits. Ty Little: 'Moving Through the Text'

This summer, the ICA Shop will present a series of live programming every Friday evening. The Aug. 13 event will feature collective writing, reading and moving through the text projected on the building with Richmond-based poet Ty Little. VCU Human Resources and the Department of Recreation and Well-Being will sponsor a slower 30-minute practice focused on active stretching of muscles and opening of connective tissue. Release built-up tension, prevent injury, increase blood flow to muscles and increase long-term flexibility. No equipment is required, though a yoga mat is recommended. Virtual Colloquium for Addressing Health Equity in Virginia
