Revised Dialing Changes in Place

Effective immediately, users within the 804 area code dialing a local long-distance number (a long-distance number within the 804 area code) will be required to dial either 9+1 (804) XXX-XXXX or 9 (804) XXX-XXXX to complete the call. Seeking Indigenous/Native Students

Indigenous students are sought for participation in an oral history project. Participants may be citizens or descendants of tribes from North America, South America, Central America, Caribbean Indigenous or First Nations. Native Americans in Higher Education and Mentorship is hosting an inaugural event, The Telling, which provides a national venue for Native and Indigenous students to share oral tradition stories and narratives. The project is sponsored in collaboration with VCU's Office of Multicultural Student Affairs.

Do You Smoke Tobacco Cigarettes?

VCU Health and Massey Cancer Center are conducting focus groups to understand the experiences of Black men who smoke or used to smoke and their opinions about lung cancer screening, smoking cessation and health care disparities in Virginia.
