RAMmalogues: Open Dialogue on Social Unrest

Racial Equity Summit, Part II: From Essays to Action

Interest Meeting for CLARION Interprofessional Case Competition

Join the Center for Interprofessional Education and Inter Health Professionals Alliance for an interest meeting via Zoom for the National CLARION Competition. This is a student case competition for health professional students, enabling them to achieve a 360-degree perspective on patient safety in today's health care system and how it might be improved. Student teams, consisting of four students composed of at least two disciplines, are given a case and charged with creating a root cause analysis. The team presents its plan to a panel of interprofessional judges that evaluates their results in the context of real world standards of practice. Call for Student Participants With TBI and/or SCI
VCU Center on Transition Innovations is conducting a demonstration research project, Project Achieve, to assist female students with traumatic brain injury and/or spinal cord injury. Participants will receive services through iPads, individualized apps and case management. Participants receive compensation upon enrollment and may keep their iPad upon study completion. Participants Are Invited For Study Examining Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Exercise
This study is seeking individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 years who have PTSD or symptoms of PTSD. The purpose of this research study is to examine the effect of PTSD symptoms on blood vessel function during acute exercise and following exercise training. This study will be conducted at 500 Academic Centre on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus. Principal Investigator: Ryan Garten, Ph.D., Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences.
