Lecture by Visiting Artist Awol Erizku

VCU's Department of Painting and Printmaking will present a virtual lecture by Awol Erizku, an artist working in photography, film, sculpture and installation. United2Heal Shipment Day

United2Heal at VCU will have a shipment day warehouse volunteer event to send surplus medical supplies to Sierra Leone. Volunteers will help load a rental truck with boxed medical supplies from the United2Heal warehouse at 1210 Bentley St. Rides will be provided at the Commons loop from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Coffee and breakfast will be provided.

Filipino American Heart Health Study
Youssef Roman, Pharm.D., Ph.D., of VCU's School of Pharmacy is conducting an epidemiological study to assess the prevalence and causes of heart diseases in Filipino Americans. This study is for those who consider themselves Filipino with both biological parents of Filipino heritage. The study is funded by VCU's C. Kenneth and Dianne Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research.
