RecWell Log Rolling at Cary Street Gym

Learn how to log roll at the Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center, 101 S. Linden St., at a session offered by VCU Recreation and Well-Being (RecWell). The next session will be held from 8-9 p.m. Feb. 14. No swimming skills are required for the session, which is free. Trained instructors will teach participants how to stand and run on the log roller in shallow water.
