VCU Recreation and Well-Being Instructional Programs: Women on Weights
Learn the foundational methods of resistance training and program design. Participants start with basic movements, and progress to new equipment and exercises, building skill, knowledge of proper technique and confidence in the weight room. Session 1 runs Jan. 25-March 2. Mailing Address Update for W2 Forms
Employees should check their mailing address on file to receive a paper W2. To receive it electronically, be sure to give e-consent in myVCU. This method gives employees access to the W2 on the day of release instead of waiting for a mailed copy.
