MLK Celebration: 'Get Up, Stand Up: The Other Part of the Dream'

The Office of Institutional Equity, Effectiveness and Success will present a live performance/talkback honoring the legacy of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., featuring the Conciliation Lab, a social justice theater company. The event, at Grace Street Theater, 934 W. VCU Recreation and Well-Being Instructional Program: Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a high-intensity class with options to boost cardio or focus on strength. A RecWell personal trainer will teach participants how to utilize these conditioning tools to increase strength, power and coordination. While this class will have higher intensity components, options are offered to adjust workouts to the skill and fitness level of each participant. Session 1 will be Jan. 25-March 2.
