VCU Recreation and Well-Being Instructional Programs: Women on Weights
Learn the foundational methods of resistance training and program design. Participants start with basic movements, and progress to new equipment and exercises, building skill, knowledge of proper technique and confidence in the weight room. Session 1 runs Jan. 25-March 2.
