This virtual in-person exercise session is presented by VCU HR and VCU RecWell. A slower 30-minute practice focused on active stretching of muscles and opening of connective tissue. Release built-up tension, prevent injury, increase blood flow to muscles and increase long-term flexibility. No equipment requirements, though a yoga mat is recommended. Pianist George Li will open the Mary Anne Rennolds Chamber Concert Series at the Sonia Vlahcevic Concert Hall, W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts, 922 Park Ave. Other concerts will feature the Emerson String Quartet, Oct. 23; Xavier Foley, double bass, Feb. 11; and the Neave Trio, March 25. Season subscriptions to all concerts are $120 and are on sale through Thursday, Aug. 11. Single tickets will be available for each concert beginning Friday, Aug. 12 for $35. Do You Smoke Tobacco Cigarettes?

Individuals who smoke tobacco cigarettes daily are needed to participate in a research study that requires multiple laboratory visits. Compensation may be available.
