Parking Deck Subscribers To Relocate During Graduations

Upcoming high school graduations will create interruptions to parking. Today (June 8) and June 9 all West Broad Street Deck subscribers will relocate to the West Cary Street Deck, 1101 W. Cary St.; Jefferson Street Deck, 100 S. Jefferson St.; or West Main Street Deck, 801 W. Main St.

A dedicated shuttle service will be provided by Parking and Transportation June 8 and June 9 to transport subscribers to and from the West Cary Street and Jefferson Street decks. RamSafe shuttles will run continuously to and from the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck, Harrison and Franklin Streets, Franklin and Laurel Streets, and Shafer and Franklin Streets from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. VCU parking subscribers who need transportation between the hours of 6:31 p.m. and 6:29 a.m., can place a ride request at using the Ride Pingo app.

Reciprocal parking will not be permitted on the West Broad Street Deck June 8 and June 9. MCV Campus subscribers may park on the West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck or West Main Street Deck.

RecWell will offer the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course, which prepares participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. This course meets OSHA requirements for workplace CPR/AED and first aid training. Successful completion of this course provides participants with a certificate valid for two years.
