This workshop is a follow-up to the course "Understanding Unconscious Bias" and encourages participants to explore personal bias and use the PAUSE method to address it. High Intensity Interval Training features all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. VCU Recreational Sports Children's Swim Lessons Spring Session 1

Parent/Child and Preschool 1-3 Swim Lessons will be this spring at Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center, 101 S. Linden St. Introduce your child to the water to gain confidence as a swimmer. Classes are taught by certified Water Safety Instructors. Participants will learn techniques in a fun and engaging manner. Classes will be on Saturdays, Feb. 5-26.
