VCU Music will host Seamus McDaniel in the W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts, 922 Park Ave. McDaniel, based in Richmond, graduated from VCU with a B.A. in music and has his sights on teaching, composing and performing as a modern guitarist. Seamus was concertmaster of the VCU Guitar Ensemble and performed as a soloist in the 2019 Experiencing Villa-Lobos International Festival. The concert is free. Recreation and Well-Being OAP Climbing Clinics

Want to become more independent in rock climbing? Learning to belay allows you to climb with a partner and is a fundamental skill for all rock climbers. Outdoor Adventure Program staff will teach best practices for belaying and answer questions about climbing in the Cary St. Gym, 101 S. Linden St. Clinics are held every Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. Registration is encouraged and walk-ins are welcome. OAP also offers Gym to Crag, Climbing Technique and Sport Climbing clinics. Research Study: Body Image, Eating and Wellness Among South Asian Women (Part 2)

This is a research study aiming to receive feedback on a sexual health intervention designed for couples. To be eligible to participate, you have to identity as Black or African American and be 18 to 35 years of age.
