'You Don't Have to Live with Foot Discomfort'

Introduction to Department of Defense Basic Research Funding

Grades Due by Noon on Tuesday, August 12
Grading for summer 2014 has begun. Grade sheets are available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon on Tuesday, August 12, at which time grading will be turned off. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned in the class schedule. Faculty who do not see one of their grade sheets should contact their department's course scheduling representative.

We Need Healthy Volunteers
Are you between the ages of 18 and 65 with no existing health conditions? The VCU School of Nursing invites to participate in a research study as a normal healthy adult. Participation includes undergoing a sensory assessment and having your blood drawn during your visit which will take approximately 45 minutes. Eligible participants will be compensated for their time.

Call for Nominations: Dorris Douglas Budd Award Deadline Extended to August 15
Nominations are being accepted now through Friday, Aug. 15, for the 2014 Dorris Douglas Budd Award, which recognizes outstanding administrative and office support staff who enhance the image and mission of VCU and the VCU Health System. 2015 Leadership Development Program: Accepting Applications
The Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute is accepting applications for the Leadership Development Program class of 2015. The goal of this program is to develop approximately 25 current and emerging leaders each year at VCU who represent the academic and administrative units of the university and the VCU Health System. Applications for the 2015 class are due Wednesday, Oct. 1.
