The Avaya Workplace app allows customers to extend their office number to their remote work site and is ideal for remote workers. Callers can reach remote workers on any device by calling their work telephone number, and when placing a call the caller party will see their work number and not their mobile number. The Stravitz-Sanyal Institute for Liver Disease and Metabolic Health will present a talk by Takanori Takebe, M.D., Ph.D., the endowed chair of organoid medicine and director of commercial innovation for Center for Stem Cell and Organoid Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and a professor at Osaka University and Tokyo Medical and Dental University. Takebe seeks to develop and apply novel approaches and tools to recapitulate, probe and manipulate human liver development and to understand the personalized molecular mechanisms that lead to disease. RecWell will offer the American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course, which prepares participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies. This course meets OSHA requirements for workplace CPR/AED and first aid training. Successful completion of this course provides participants with a certificate valid for two years.
