Visit the Richmond Public Library table in the lobby of James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Ave., to sign up for a library card and learn about its vast services. To get a card: Show a picture ID such as a driver’s license or passport. If your address is different from the one on the ID, bring a document that has your address. The card gives free access to books, audiobooks, movies, music, newspapers and magazines at all branches.
