The lecture will be given by Saranchuluun (Sara) Otgon, one of Mongolia’s pioneers of disability rights and an elected member of the State Great Khural, Mongolia’s Parliamentary body, where she specializes in policy matters related to disability, aging and higher education. The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course is open for VCU students, RecWell members, non-member faculty/staff and the Richmond community.
