The ability to create and edit Google Sites is no longer available. The Google Sites service will be fully decommissioned as of December 2024. RecWell Water Safety Instructor Course January 2025

This course will prepare participants to plan and teach courses within the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program. Courses include preschool aquatics, learn-to-swim and safety training for swim coaches. Participants who successfully complete this course will receive American Red Cross certification as a water safety instructor valid for two years. Virginia Retirement System Hybrid Plan Voluntary Contribution Election Deadline is Dec. 16

Monday, Dec. 16 by 4 p.m. is the quarterly deadline for participants in the Virginia Retirement System Hybrid Plan to elect voluntary contributions to become effective in January. Employees in the VRS Hybrid Plan can elect to voluntarily contribute up to four percent (4%) of their creditable salary to receive up to a 2.5 percent employer match. Risk-Taking in Eating Disorders Study

The TREAT Lab (Translational Research on Eating and Affect) is recruiting adolescents and young adults assigned female at birth (aged 12 to 25 years) for a brain imaging study to understand how risky decision-making differs between individuals with bulimia nervosa and individuals without a psychological disorder.
