Interprofessional Development Opportunity in Geriatrics

The Virginia Geriatric Education Center, housed in VCU’s Virginia Center on Aging, is accepting applications for its annual interprofessional development program for faculty and clinicians. Creating Interprofessional Readiness for Complex and Aging Adults (CIRCAA) is a case-based learning experience that creates age-friendly practitioners who are knowledgeable of person-centered care. Women Needed for Research Study on Exercise and Anxiety

Researchers in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences are looking for healthy women ages 18–50 to help advance our understanding of how exercise and noninvasive brain stimulation may affect anxiety and overall well-being. Participants will receive a personalized fitness report and will complete three study visits. The study will take place on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus. Principal Investigator: Edmund O.
