Move2VCU: Volunteer for Move-In 2026

Creating Interprofessional Readiness for Complex and Aging Adults (CIRCAA) Program

Full-Scale Exercise Roleplayers Needed

Large multijurisdictional full-scale training exercise aimed at improving the university's response to a large impact incident on the VCU campus. Volunteering for this exercise is highly beneficial for any students, faculty or staff interested in homeland security and emergency preparedness, or who would like to contribute directly to improving the overall safety of the VCU community.Must be a minimum of 18 years old, wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty with simulated makeup and be willing to be transported via ambulance to medical centers in the downtown area for simulated triage. Summer 2026 Final Grades Due Today, Aug. 11 at Noon
Grade sheets are now available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon today, Tuesday, Aug. 11, at which time grade entry will no longer be available. It is imperative to meet this deadline to complete all end-of-the-semester processes. Faculty may choose to use the feature to upload grades from an excel file into eServices. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned.

VCU To Launch New Paratransit Service, RamsLink
Beginning Monday, Aug. 17, a new paratransit shuttle, RamsLink, will provide a specialized point-to-point paratransit service designed to ensure campus accessibility across both campuses for all members of the VCU community. Operating during academic semesters, the new transit service will offer a dedicated mobility option for students, faculty and staff navigating physical barriers due to temporary, permanent or long-term disabilities. Paid Ultrasound Models Needed for Neurovascular Ultrasound Course
The Neurology Continuing Education team is seeking eight to 10 adults to serve as patient models during the VCU Neurovascular Ultrasound Course hands-on laboratories. Models are needed the for following dates and times: Saturday, Sept. 19: 7:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20: 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Compensation: $25 per hour. Models will receive noninvasive transcranial Doppler and carotid ultrasound examinations. Regular breaks will be provided.
