VCU Recreation and Well-Being Instructional Program: Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a high-intensity class with options to boost cardio or focus on strength. A RecWell personal trainer will teach participants how to utilize these conditioning tools to increase strength, power and coordination. While this class will have higher intensity components, options are offered to adjust workouts to the skill and fitness level of each participant. Session 1 will be Jan. 25-March 2.
